About Us

Les Cosmopolitans is a community choir registered as an association under French law (loi 1901), based in Autignac in the South of France. When you book a ticket through our website, your contract is with Les Cosmopolitans.

Tickets

By booking a ticket through our website, you agree to these terms.

Tickets are for the specific event, date, and venue stated at the time of booking. Some events are free of charge; others carry a small fee. Both free and paid tickets are subject to availability.

Tickets are issued for personal use and may not be resold for profit.

Free Tickets

Free tickets must be booked in advance where indicated. We reserve the right to limit the number of free tickets per person. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking so we can offer the place to someone else.

Payment

Ticket payments are processed securely through our website platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are shown in euros and include any applicable taxes.

Event Changes

We do our best to deliver events as advertised, but we reserve the right to:

• Make reasonable changes to the programme, running order, or performers.

• Change the venue if necessary, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

• Cancel an event, in which case our refund policy will apply.

Your Responsibilities

Please arrive in good time for the event. We cannot guarantee entry if you arrive after the event has started. You are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, staff, and other audience members. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive.

Liability

Les Cosmopolitans accepts no liability for any loss or damage to personal property at our events, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
