If We Cancel an Event

If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any ticket fees paid. We will process your refund within 14 days of the cancellation announcement, using the same payment method you used to book.

Free ticket holders will be notified of the cancellation by email.

If We Change an Event

If we make a significant change to an event (for example, a change of date or a change of venue that makes it unreasonable for you to attend), you may request a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of being notified of the change.

If You Can No Longer Attend

Under French consumer law, the right of withdrawal (droit de rétractation) does not apply to tickets for leisure events taking place on a specific date. This means we are not obliged to offer a refund if you change your mind or can no longer attend.

However, we understand that plans change. If you contact us in advance, we are happy to:

  • Transfer your ticket to another person at no charge.

  • Where possible, credit your booking towards a future event.

Refunds for personal cancellations are offered at the discretion of the association.
